MS:Call sheet and risk assessment for 17/3/13

Before we could film Henry and i had to fill In a call sheet and a risk assessment of the are in which we would be filming to evaluate any potential risks that we and the actors should look out for to reduce the risk of injury as much as possible.

• The call sheet includes details such as the date,meeting time,location of the shoot,equipment needed,props needed,who is bringing the different equipment and a list of different shots that have been pre planned to make the filming process run as smoothly as possible.

• The risk assessment states the location and hazards that the environment,people and objects may pose to the crew when on the shot at the designated location.

• The risks are assessed by Henry and I so that we cam make a decision on whether the location is too dangerous or if not how we can reduce the risk level as much as possible so that the chance of someone or something getting damaged is as low as possible.
